Collection: Swim Test Training for Employment

This coaching service is designed to help individuals prepare for swimming assessments required for employment, registration, or service roles.

We provide structured swim training tailored to the specific test requirements set by external organisations, such as stunt registers, cabin crew swim tests, military and defence services, emergency services, and other safety-critical professions.

Sessions focus on improving technique, endurance, speed, water confidence, and compliance with job-specific swim criteria. Training is adapted to match the conditions of the test, including distance, timing, strokes, clothing requirements, and water skills — where permitted by the assessing body.

Please note: We do not conduct assessments, issue certifications, or provide pass/fail outcomes. All official swim tests are completed and assessed by the relevant employer, agency, or governing body.

Preparation may include:

• Continuous swimming over required distances

• Timed swim practice

• Treading water and floating techniques

• Deep-water entry practice

• Swimming in clothing (where applicable)

• Water confidence and efficiency under test conditions

• Stroke refinement to meet assessment standards
