BOOKING A LESSON:

*1st sessions must be paid for in advance.
We accept payments over the phone or online
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
*Please be aware that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all individual lessons. If you need to cancel for any reason, please call us immediately. Full payment is required for lessons cancelled within this 24-hour period.
* On the day cancellations or 'no-shows' may incur a charge, or in some cases we may refuse to take you on as a student. (this is at the discretion of the coach in attendance)
* Remember... the slot we have given you, has most likely been requested by another client.. so it costs us!
*All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase . If lessons are not used within this period, lessons cannot be refunded or carried forward.
*The lesson will be deemed to have started at the pre-arranged time. Any lost time due to late arrival cannot be guaranteed to be made up at the end of the lesson (this will be at the discretion and availability of the coach).
